Easy NDIS Management for Australian Providers.
I built NDIS One, a multi-tenant SaaS platform designed specifically for NDIS service providers in Australia. This comprehensive solution cuts paperwork and boosts efficiency, giving support providers more time for what matters—delivering highly personalized client care while growing their business. The platform features smart scheduling for optimized staff allocation, comprehensive client management with care plans and progress tracking, built-in NDIS compliance tools, accurate time tracking for billing, and powerful automation for routine tasks and reporting. Built with Django REST API backend, Next.js frontend, and Stripe for subscription management, the system implements robust security with encrypted patient data to meet healthcare compliance standards.

Quantum VPN Subscription Platform.
Architected and developed a secure subscription management platform for a quantum VPN service. Implemented backend services using Django and Django REST Framework, integrated Stripe for subscription billing, renewals, and payment lifecycle management. Developed Electron-based desktop clients integrated with Node.js services, and designed authentication, licensing, and access control workflows for global users.
Nepali DateTime Picker.
Comprehensive BS/AD Date & Time Picker Library.
I created Nepali DateTime Picker to solve a persistent problem in the Nepali developer ecosystem—existing date pickers were breaking down with mismatched days for months, lacked essential features like date range selection, and required separate libraries for English and Nepali calendars. This comprehensive library supports both Nepali (Bikram Sambat/BS) and English (Gregorian/AD) calendars with automatic conversion between them. It offers multiple picker types including single date, datetime, date range, and datetime range selection. Built with multi-framework support for Vanilla JavaScript, React, Vue 3, and TypeScript, it features holiday highlighting with tooltips, Saturday highlighting, min/max date and time constraints, disabled dates and weekdays, inline display mode, 12/24-hour time formats, predefined date ranges, keyboard navigation, and responsive design. The library also includes Django Admin integration and is actively used in production on Suchanaa.

I developed Suchanaa, Nepal's pioneering all-in-one platform revolutionizing how businesses discover and secure opportunities across the country. This groundbreaking solution unified previously fragmented information channels into a single powerful ecosystem, providing unprecedented access to tenders, quotations, proposals, EOIs, standing lists, vacancies, and company directories—all tailored specifically for Nepal's unique business landscape. The comprehensive directory system dramatically reduced the time businesses spent searching for opportunities, while our carefully structured information architecture ensured users could quickly find relevant listings based on their industry, location, and business size. Local Nepalese enterprises particularly valued the platform's intuitive filters and notification system, creating a vibrant marketplace that connected businesses with opportunities they would otherwise miss in traditional channels.

I pioneered AImyCars, the first-of-its-kind AI solution that turns ordinary vehicles into personalized dream cars through AI. This groundbreaking Progressive Web App (PWA) created a completely new niche in the automotive customization market. Users simply download the app-like experience to their device, snap photos of their current vehicles using their native camera, and watch as our AI instantly transforms them into personalized dream cars with stunning realism. The seamless integration of advanced AI technology with an intuitive interface made virtual car customization accessible to everyone—establishing AImyCars as the definitive leader in this emerging market segment before any competitors could enter the space.
Smart Mirror.
Face-Recognition with Nepali TTS/STT.
Collaborated with Nepal's first computer engineer, Muni Bahadur Sakya, on hardware-software R&D initiatives. Designed and prototyped IoT and AI-based educational systems using Raspberry Pi and microcontrollers. Built automation and control systems using Python, engineered a face-recognition smart mirror with Nepali-language Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text capabilities. Designed and produced 3D-printed enclosures for hardware prototypes.
Incubation Controller.
ESP32-Powered Smart Incubation System.
Built during my time at Muni Sakya Museum, this was my first large-scale client-based electronics project from the ground up—a fully automated incubation controller powered by ESP32. This end-to-end solution featured relay-controlled tap switches for heat source, cooling fan, humidifier, and egg-turning motor, all orchestrated through custom firmware I developed. The project encompassed the complete hardware lifecycle: writing embedded C++ code, hand-soldering components, designing and fabricating custom PCBs, and assembling the final enclosure. The ESP32's WiFi capabilities enabled real-time remote monitoring and control, allowing users to track temperature, humidity levels, and system status from their devices—transforming traditional incubation into a connected, intelligent system.
